Lizihnei Station

Lizihnei Station on the Circular Line was the part of Kaohsiung Mass Rapid Transit.The station is builted by Mass Rapid Transit Bureau(KMRT) and operated by Kaohsiung Rapid Transit Corporation(KRTC).Here is the form named Timeline below shows the history of  Circular Line.

  • ~2001→KMRT made Preparation of Circular Line.
  • 2001.3→KMRT made feasibility study.
  • 2001.4→KMRT record feasibility study .
  • 2002.12→The feasibility study approved by MOTC.(ministry of transportation and communications)
  • 2003.10→KMRT projected the preparation subject to open bidding.
  • 2003.11→KMRT and Eastern Broadcasting Co., Ltd.signed the contract of the preparation subject.
  • 2003.12→The plan of Circular Line phase I approved by CEPD.(council for economic planning and development)
  • 2004.1→The plan of Circular Line phase I approved by Executive Yuan.
  • 2004.8→ KMRT projected the environmental impact assessment subject to open bidding.
  • 2004.11→KMRT and AECOM signed  the contract of environmental impact assessment subject.
  • 2005.4→KMRT projected the engineering technology assessment subject to open bidding.
  • 2005.6→KMRT and Sinotech Consultants, Inc. signed the contract of engineering technology assessment subject.
  • →KMRT maked of comprehensive planning：the railway network planning and fixing.
  • 2009.6→ KMRT projected the planning assessment subject to open bidding.
  • 2009.7→KMRT and Mott MacDonald from United Kingdom signed  the contract of planning assessment subject.
  • 2010.3→The plan of Circular Line phase I approved by EIRC(environmental impact review committee)
  • 2011.11→KMRT projected the  environmental impact assessment subject to open bidding.
  • 2011.12→KMRT and AECOM signed the contract of feasibility study.
  • 2012.4~2012.6→KMRT hosted public hearing of environmental impact assessment subject.
  • 2012.6→Urban Development Bureau, Kaohsiung City Government fixed the urban planning.
  • 2012.7→The plan of Circular Line phase I approved by MOTC.
  • 2012.8→KMRT projected the engineering construction assessment subject to open bidding.
  • 2013.1→KMRT and CAF from Spanish signed the contract of engineering construction subject.
  • 2012.9→The plan of Circular Line phase I approved by CEPD.
  • 2010.11→The plan of Circular Line phase I approved by Executive Yuan.
  • 2013.6/4→Circular Line Phase I started to work.
  • now→Circular Line Phase I phased opening.

What’s the Circular Line? The type of Circular Line is LRT. The carriage was come from CAF on Spain. Mott MacDonald ,the company of United Kindom,was responsible for the desigh of carriage.The engineering construction of Circular Lineis approved by Executive Yuan,MOTC,CEPD,Environmental Protection Administration.CEPD and RDEC was amalgamated into National Development Council in recent years.
